Job Description

Planning and execution of brand strategy, external expert management, P2P program, PR program, promotional tool creation and so on, in order to maximize a new product launch in cardiovascular therapeutic area.

Major Accountabilities
Develop brand strategy and tactics with a group manager to maximize the accountable brand
Optimize channel/promotional mix for the accountable brand through appropriate resource allocation that meets brand objectives and customer needs.
Lead customer initiatives (e.g. P2P program, PR program, promotional tool creation).
Execute key expert development program.
Manage effective agency partnerships.
Act as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies.

Quality Accountability
Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures
100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance

Minimum requirements

• A University level (bachelors) degree; Marketing, Business Administration, Clinical Research, or related field.
• Japanese: Fluent (mother tongue)
• English: Business level preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization both in Japanese and English.
Experience/Professional requirement:
• More than 4 years of experience in marketing
• Launch experience of new products as a marketer
