Job Description

Lead the Global reporting, visualization and data integration stream within the people analytics and reporting function including the development, implementation, maintenance, communications and training of SAP BI (HR Core, Up4growth Cornerstone reporting, GLINT Engagement. Lead the development of various functional dashboards on Qlik Sense / Qlik View platform. Click view / Click sense reporting and execution of reporting strategy to meet the needs of key stakeholders (Division, HR, Line, leadership, etc.). Work with the People Data Management team on the data architecture and effective integration of data from various systems for analytics consumption

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

SAP BI / Up4Growth / GLINT / Workplace Analytics Reports owner
• Engage with the key stakeholders from the function / business for reporting and data integration needs
• Full project lifecycle of development and enhancements of reports
• Manage Level 3 service center support for reporting
• Training documentation development and delivery to end users
• Liaison for regional functional reporting leads and technical developers
• SME for cross-functional projects
• Access management for the SAP BI platform
• Creating reports for the purpose for statuary reporting for example – Annual report, Dow Jones Sustainability Index, Bloomberg etc.
Build Visualization Capability
• Build the Visualization and Dash boarding capabilities within the team
• Knowledge of dash boarding / visualization software like Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau will be an added advantage
• Leverage the Visier software to design effective reporting capabilities for the HRBPs
• Functional understanding to develop and recommend appropriate metrics for measurement
• Creating PPTs / Dashboards for the senior management presentations
Data Integration / Architecture
• Work closely with the People Data Management Group and People Analytics team to understand the data architecture / integration requirement from analytics prospective and influence the emerging architecture to support effective people analytics and reporting
Key Performance Indicator

Competency Profile

• SAP BW/BI 7.0 or higher SAP Ad Hoc Query Developer
• SAP HCM – OM/PA/TA
• Visualization Software – Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI
• Up4Growth / GLINT Reporting
• Visier Reporting and Dash-boarding
• Advanced Excel
• Sound People Management Skills

Minimum requirements

Education
Masters / Bachelors University degree

Background Languages
English

Experience
Proven experience in HR Reporting teams with sound knowledge of HR data and systems
