Your responsibilities
• Operational Business Partnering: Alignment to 1-2 small-to-medium sized franchises and/or functions. Be a credible HR Business Partner, providing robust support and guidance on core operational processes. Ensure cus-tomer satisfaction while focusing on qualitative and adequate service delivery. Drives the growing manager and employee self-sufficiency in basic people processes and matters.
• HR processes: Support key operational processes for HR (i.e., complex realignments, restructures, expansions) and ensures high quality standards. Leads or participates in HR process and projects aiming for execution and effi-ciency.
• Communities of Practice Lead: Leads efforts cross-divisionally and cross-functionally to harmonize and standard-ize processes, identify process improvement, share best practices and build key stakeholder relationships. Proac-tively build a strategic network to facilitate operational excellence.
• Organizational Development: Supports the execution and implementation of organizational changes, in line with respective function strategy and regulations / policies
• Talent Management: Supports HRBPs where appropriate in the Talent Management Process (i.e., recruitment, selection, job profile development, exit interviews)
• Employment Regulations: Counsels HRBP and line managers where appropriate (i.e., performance improvement plans, appeals, etc.)

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
・Undergraduate degree or 6+ years experience in an operations or coordinator support role Fluent English and Japanese
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in HR, possessing a high degree of operational execution knowledge or as an HR specialist (i.e., HRBP, HR Operations, HR Services); HR Partnering experience is desirable coupled with HR Operations; or HR Certification and significant project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to form partnership and to collaborate to find workable solutions that meet the needs of all parties.
