Business Planning Analyst
Job Purpose:
Manage the business planning process and ensure accurate and timely forecast / budget submission in system.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
• Coordinate planning and forecasting process
• Link information across functions to drive planning and forecasting
• Timely and accurate forecast / reporting submission
• Challenge business functions targets and underlying assumptions
• Call management attention to information (deviations, trends) that require action to be taken
• Analyse and streamline processes to become more efficient and cost effective from a business perspective
• Contribute to the creation of effective new business processes and/or systems and identify the impact of process changes on other business processes and systems
• Balance efficiency of processes with need for fiduciary responsibility to Novartis
• Other duties as and when assigned

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. Professional certification will be an added advantages - (ACCA, CPA)
• Candidate must possess at minimum 2-4 years’ experience in handling forecasting / budgeting submission
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively & Independently in a multi-national, matrix organization
• SAP knowledge – Finance Module will be an added advantages
