This role will be directly “responsible” – (Business Relationship) To manage business relationships with Key business contacts, including demand management, prioritization and fulfillment. Key Stakeholders – GM, Country LT, Country Franchise Leads etc. – (End-to-end IT Support) To ‘manage’ coordination and escalation for all IT issues, working with other IT teams (ERP, EUX, ISRM, others) – (Sales Force focused IT Oversight) To work with EUX and External vendors to ensure effective IT support to salesforce in the countries/ region ( device, phones, applications) – (Country Applications and Vendors) To manage Local applications / vendors, managing them in the «Global» systems of truth e.g. Clarity, Procurement records etc. – (Regional Deployments) To work with Global Project Teams for a smooth and stable deployment of global solutions. – (Digital and Niche, Country requirements) to manage country specific requirements which needs faster turn-around, e.g. understand CDIT Digital Platforms to drive Digital Application development and deployment in the region – (Supply Chain & Close integration with ERP) to manage the regional/ country Supply Chain needs, working closely with IT teams of distributors, warehouses, and Alcon ERP teams. This is particularly a specific and additional requirement for SEA / Singapore Cluster IT Manager. – (Compliance) to oversee IT compliance in the regional projects, applications, vendors and day to day operations e.g. working with Global compliance, supporting Audits, facilitating 3PAS etc. – (IT Community)- leads the IT community in the cluster/ region/ country including IT staff of all functions like CDIT, ERP, EUX, TIS, Corporate etc.
•Engineering/ Masters/ Management Degree English •Having an Engineering or Masters Degree •Bilingual in English and Korean; Mandarin would be added advantage • 10-15 years of business / IT experience with at least ten years of leadership experience, developing and executing strategic plans in a and/ or project portfolios in a regional organization. • Demonstrated leaderships skills, > 10 years proven management experience in matrix organizations. Specialized knowledge in IT infrastructure and IT applications. Preferable with knowledge in SAP and Salesforce. • Strong communication and facilitation skills. • Performance driven, problem solver and results oriented. • Solid team player with ability to work in a matrix organization aligning it around shared objectives
