•Management and execution of key employee programs including performance management and compensation, employee development, training, coaching and counseling, talent acquisition. Plan , direct and implement warehouse operations to ensure scheduling of all distribution services including receiving, cross-docking, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities meet customer expectations in an efficient and quality manner.
•Ship finished good orders to Pharmaceutical/Consumer customers in an accurate and timely manner. Direct operations in a regulatory compliant manner (FDA, GMP, OSHA, DOT, PDMA, SOX, Quality Systems, etc.) inlcluding operation of the distribution center in a safe manner (zero lost time acccidents.)
•Major Accountabilities Maintain effective communications and coordination lines with our customers.
•Customer Service and order entry and provide necessary feedback on issues that will assist in resolving our customer problems with orders/returns. Proficient in the use of the key logistics operating systems (One World, SAP, Siebel, CatsWeb, GMPharma, Plateau, DLX and MMS) to effectively manage the day to day operations.
•Supervise the accurate and timely shipments of orders.
•Supervise the accurate and timely movement of interdepartmental transfers, as well as transfers to the International Warehouse and other facilities.
•Conduct effective and timely investigations with root cause analysis, risk assessment, and CAPA action plans.
•Productivity measures are specified in annual performance objectives Safety measures are specified in annual performance objectives Team training completion on time No major findings in audits CAPAs closed on time Performance management activities completed on time
