Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Lead key technical engagements to understand the business direction, alignment of strategy to scope of a project, and drive to measure expected results that align with business processes and solution design standards.
• Design solution that meet business needs and align to technical design architectural best practices.
• Ensure the consistent design of appropriate solutions and coordination of all design activities across projects and changes.
• Lead the innovation, prototyping & championing of reusability for higher productivity gains across the CoE solutions.
•Provide appropriate sizing estimates with the help of Product and Project Managers for securing project budget approvals.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Significant experience in a similar role with a proven track record in project delivery.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Veeva systems including technical integrations.
• Proven capacity to engage in technical discussions and provide input to solution designs.
• Proven track rack record in large, preferably global, multi-team projects dealing with complex process areas and business groups
• 5+ years of experience in a solution design environment.

Desirable requirements:
• Ability to operate in matrix organization
