ESO Life Cycle Manager (m/f)
• Represent the site in cross-functional project teams (e.g. Product Launches, Program Management) and ensure the coordination of all activities locally
• Set up and lead local project teams to ensure the implementation of local and global Life Cycle projects
• Execute the agreed strategy including generating change requests and the coordination of these changes in our local change control system
• Drive the evaluation and define the impact at Site of these projects
• Support in the preparation of business cases incl. financial evaluation (ROI) and provision of reports to facilitate Management decisions
Education: University Degree in Science (e.g. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering) and / or Business Administration
Languages: fluent in English, good command of German
Experience: min. 3 years in project management preferably in food or pharmaceutical industry, experience in leading cross-functional as well as intercultural teams, good understanding of Supply Chain processes and Lean philosophy
