AD-Regional Account Manager- Arizona- Remote
The Associate Director, Regional Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Primarily responsible for delivering “competitive” market access for NPC Oncology portfolio products by executing on brand strategies with targeted regional payers, IDNs and select Medical Group Practices.
• Responsible for complete business ownership: primary owner of senior stakeholder relationships and creation/execution of account business plans for assigned accounts to include delivery of compelling product value propositions, providing customer programming, and negotiating contracts with designated Accounts.
• Establish NPC Oncology as the business partner of choice with assigned key accounts and support the customer-centric approach across business franchises.
• Lead and integrate account plans with NPC Oncology field colleagues to develop and implement selling tactics that align with geographic objectives
• Collaborate with Strategic Market Access – PS&A and Franchises to create value driven initiatives with target customers.
This is a Remote position.

Education
• Undergraduate degree required in business or the sciences; MBA or other advanced degree in health outcomes and or public health are preferred

Minimum Requirements
• A minimum of 4-5 years as ASM/DM including direct interactions with strategic accounts required, with Oncology pharmaceutical market experience preferred.
• A minimum of 4-5 years prior experience as an account manager and/or experience in managed markets/market access within a pharmaceutical company or managed care organization in the payer (public / private), IDN, GPO, and / or specialty pharmacy market preferred.
• Experience working with executive management within provider groups, payers and IDN’s is preferred
• Proven leadership skills with strong business and analytical acumen
• Knowledge and experience with relationship management, negotiation skills, consultative sales
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Overnight travel is is required
• Territory will include the following: Arizona and New Mexico with the bulk of business in the Phoenix area. Position will also cover Albuquerque, NM.
• Ideally candidate will live in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
This is a Remote position.
