Process & Controls Analyst
As the Process & Controls Analyst, you will provide support to the Accounts Receivable organization at Alcon, with a focus on both analytical and project management support of technology based improvement and integration initiatives throughout the AR organization. The ideal candidate will have a high level of system understanding (SAP preferred), and an ability to work cross functionally and understand all touch points of the business.

•Continuously assist in the identification of process improvements
•Work closely with stake holders and technical subject matter experts to ensure process improvements account for all points in the end-to-end process
•Identify and build consensus on requirements while managing project scope
•Conduct in-depth research of both internal and third-party solutions, providing analysis of organizational risk, cost, and ROI of solutions
•Provide status reports and oversite of projects from conception through to implementation and support handoff
•Must develop a strong knowledge of the sales and operations functions, and its impact on the AR organization
