### Lerne da, wo Innovation passiert.

Wir bilden seit 1954 Lehrlinge an unseren beiden Novartis Standorten aus und tun dies mit viel Leidenschaft und großer Verantwortung.

Das heißt für dich: Du kannst zwischen fünf spannenden Lehrberufen wählen und bekommst darin eine umfassende Ausbildung. Wir nennen das „Triales Konzept“ und du lernst am Arbeitsplatz, in der Berufsschule und – das ist besonders – auch in unserem eigenen Training Center in Kundl (geleitet durch die AXILS GmbH).

Hier übst du nicht nur Theorie und Praxis, sondern lernst auch für dich persönlich. Denn wer mit seinem Job Leben verbessern will, soll in jeder Hinsicht auf Zack sein.

3\. Stefan Chemielabortechniker holt Bronze bei der Berufs-Weltmeisterschaften in Frankreich 2024 und zeigt was mit einer guten Ausbildung und Zielstrebigkeit alles möglich ist.
