Important information about attending BioCamp

• Application deadlines for BioCamp events vary from country to country. Please contact your university or your local Novartis organization for more information.
• Finalists will be informed of the decision by their university or International BioCamp 2008 Secretariat. There will be no correspondence about the selection results.
• The application documents will be treated confidentially and only be used to select the qualified participants for International BioCamp 2008.
• The entire event program of International BioCamp 2008 will be open to journalists.
• The official language of the event is English. Students who apply must be fluent in English.
• Participants will receive certification.
• No fee is required for participation. Airfares and hotel accommodation costs for overseas participants, as well as social and cultural activities during the International BioCamp 2008 program, will be covered by the organizers.
